Onze ambitie en visie
Het samenwerkingsverband heeft de ambitie om een
dekkend aanbod voor hoogbegaafde leerlingen in de
provincie Friesland te realiseren. In 2019 zijn er een stuurgroep
en kennisgroep HB ingericht om deze doelstelling te
realiseren.
Onze visie is dat de hoogbegaafde kinderen in de basis passend onderwijs wordt geboden binnen de reguliere groepen en evt. plusklassen (basisondersteuning) van de basisscholen en waar het moet binnen een setting van voltijdshoogbegaafdheidsonderwijs.

Stuurgroep HB en Kennisgroep HB
De Stuurgroep HB en Kennisgroep HB werken samen aan de ontwikkeling van passend(er) onderwijs aan leerlingen met kenmerken van (hoog)begaafdheid binnen de schoolbesturen. Het onderwerp krijgt ruim aandacht in het Ondersteuningsplan van het Samenwerkingsverband.
Stuurgroep
De Stuurgroep geeft, in samenspraak met de Kennisgroep en het Samenwerkingsverband, richting aan de te ontwikkelen doelen en de concreet te nemen stappen m.b.t. passend en dekkend onderwijs voor leerlingen met kenmerken van hoogbegaafdheid.

Vanuit verschillende schoolbesturen (PO) denkt een afgevaardigde mee over de ontwikkelingen rond passend onderwijs voor leerlingen met kenmerken van hoogbegaafdheid.

De kennisgroep heeft een Routekaart HB ontwikkeld die kan dienen als praatplaat in gesprek met ouders, (onderwijs)professionals.

Ondersteuning Onderwijs
Er is HBkennis en expertise op de Friese scholen aanwezig, maar de uitdaging is om deze kennis te verbinden, te versterken en voor alle leerlingen, ouders en scholen beschikbaar te stellen.
SAMENWERKING
Overgang PO / VO
De samenwerking met de drie samenwerkingsverbanden voortgezet onderwijs is een belangrijk onderdeel binnen de aanpak van thuiszitters, afstemming met gemeenten, aansluiting onderwijs en zorg, doorgaande lijn dekkend aanbod en de overgang PO/VO.
